The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website and commercial invoices. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time. Please read the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order to ensure that you are happy with them. NB. By purchasing from this website you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Our contract You will have the opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until you click the Continue to Payment button. After you submit your order we will give you an Invoice/Reference No. Details of the products you have ordered may be identified by part number. We will then send the same details to you in the form of an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note acceptance of your order will only be given on receipt of your payment. We will let you know if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before, but not after, we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all the information on this site is accurate, however occasionally an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. Colour variations & "image supplied for display purposes" Please note, we will not accept any responsibility for your omissions, but will happily exchange at your postage costs. We will not correct any costs outside of the products value or as a result of typed spelling errors provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to amend the price or contents after removing from sale for 48 hours to rectify the error and cancel your order. Telephone Orders: We will not accept any responsibility for any errors in your order when placed verbally. We strongly recommend that you email a request confirming your verbal order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this time it cannot be rectified. Prices and Delivery costs. All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They inclide VAT, and delivery charges - We only request surcharges for Scottish - Southern Ireland and Channel Islands at £18.00 all other UK locations remain free of charge for standard delivery. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the chosen delivery cost if applicable including vat. All these costs are clearly set out in your shopping basket before you submit your order. All orders despatched by first class post are not insured at at your own discretion, orders are generally sent courier or royalmail FEE FREE. By selecting Tracked Delivery your goods will be insured up to £100, by selecting courier you may choose the level of insurance required if we offer it for your order. (Insurance is in accordance with the individual carrier’s terms and conditions) Trade Customers will pay a static £2.99 postage 1st class recorded up to 1kg - £4.99 for 5kg and £12.00 for items over 5kg or 2m long. Next day/am deliveries may incur additional carriage charges. Deliveries outside the UK will be charged according to the destination. An approximate cost can be provided on request. Orders that are sent by 1st class post: We do not accept responsibility for these orders if they are lost, stolen or arrive damaged in transit. NB. 1st Class Post is not a tracked or guaranteed next day delivery service. The Royal Mail state that any item despatched by 1st class post should be allowed up to 15 working days for delivery, please see the following link. 15 WORKING days or 3 weeks. http://www.royalmail.com/business/help-and-support/summary-of-compensation-for-lost-items Orders that are sent by Tracked Delivery and Carrier: We are able to track these orders, but please be advised that your goods are not insured for consequential loss. If you require this service we can provide this at additional cost. Please contact the sales office for further information. If you are unable to check your goods on delivery, please write unchecked on the delivery paperwork before signing. You must notify us of any discrepancies found with your order within 24 hours /1 working day and retain all packaging that has been opened respectfully. Delivery schedule: We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days or less of placing your order.. This is subject to stock availability and the colour of your order. ( replacement half kits are special requests can take up to 5 working days ) If you specify a delivery date we will despatch your goods by your chosen method and by the despatch date requested. You will be advised if this cannot be achieved. We will not accept responsibility for goods delayed by your selected carrier Fast Track Service: We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. This is subject to stock availability and the colour of your order. We will not accept responsibility for goods delayed by your selected carrier. Collection: Your order can be collected from our business premises during displayed opening times. Tax Charges: All orders are subject to VAT charged at the current rate. Debit Credit Card Security: This is a secure website and your details are held securely our third party payment service provider / Merchant account.
